Dance to the sound of the accordion
Marinette Bonnert is the benchmark when it comes to the diatonic button accordion in the region. When she plays with Pierre Challe at a ‘bal folk’, then, you'll want to dance. You'll find yourself swept away by the music.

Bal folk and traditional Walloon music
Pierre and Marinette specialise in traditional Walloon music. This musical duo tune their accordions and encourage us to dance. They set the mood, whether they are playing at a concert or a festival.
However, this musical group does not limit itself to this kind of music. Marinette has travelled extensively and collected many scores for dance groups on her travels, from bal folk to waltzes to high-energy dances. You'll really enjoy these delightful accordion sounds. It's also impossible to remain seated when you hear them.
Musical ambience during events, including for kids
While the accordion is enough to set the mood during events on its own, Marinette can also accompany other musicians. She plays in several groups with various instruments. She’s sometimes accompanied by a clarinet, sometimes by a guitar, or a bass, a harp and so on. Not to mention the vocals, which lead us into the melody.
Marinette takes great pleasure in playing in public, in particular with children and young people. She has developed an entire repertoire of traditional music for younger generations. It's quite moving to see kids aged five or ten dancing and, most importantly, having fun to a Walloon song.
Marinette has a real gift for bringing every generation together through music.
Classes, internships and craft workshops on repairing and tuning accordions
This musician also offers accordion classes and internships. She helps you to learn the basics of this wind instrument. She encourages you to play, even if you're a beginner, and shares her passion with you.
Have you found an old accordion in your grandparents’ attic, or at a second-hand market? You can tune it and learn the basics with Marinette. Has the instrument suffered a little too much? Leave it with Marinette. She takes great pleasure in making it as good as new.
